ONE WEEK!!

First day of practice is Thursday, August 21st. We will be meeting at 6pm at the high school. BRING ALL YOUR PAPERWORK WITH YOU! 

We will meet every weekday at 6pm until school starts and on Saturdays at 9am. 

Summer Running

First day of official practice is Thursday August 21st. ALL paperwork MUST be turned in by that time! On the right side of this page there are links to all the forms that need to be turned in (Medical form, concussion form, and user fees).

The previous post has a PRELIMINARY schedule for the NEC dual meets, be sure to check it out! There is only a little over a month until the first meet! Everyone should be running 4-6 days per week right now including a longer run. Boys and girls seniors have done a great job so far in trying to get everyone organized and have set up summer running schedules. If you are not involved in these runs, you should make every attempt to do so! 

Summer miles bring autumn smiles!!!
